Payment Methods

Credit Cards and Paypal

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause your credit card company to decline authorization of your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Checks and Money Orders

If you would rather send a check or money order by mail, please use our website shopping cart to submit your order into our system. Choose Check or Money Order by Mail as your payment method, and follow directions upon checkout.

Shipping Policy

We offer Free Priority Mail Shipping within the USA for orders above $150.

Shipping & Handling fees are calculated by weight, based on actual shipping fees. Customers may choose to have their packages shipped via the following options:

Within the United States:
US Postal Service Priority Mail
US Postal Service Express Mail

International Destinations:
US Postal Service First Class Mail International (no tracking and no insurance)
US Postal Service Priority Mail International (with tracking but no insurance)
US Postal Service Express Mail International (with tracking and insurance)

Expect packages to be shipped on weekdays within 24 hours after order confirmation. Orders received on Friday afternoon and over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. There is no shipping on postal holidays. Orders containing a backordered item cannot be shipped immediately.

All packages are equipped with Tracking Numbers, which are sent in email to each customer as soon as the package is shipped. We are not liable for lost packages. If you did not receive your package, please contact your local post office immediately, using the tracking numbers we provide you to facilitate locating your package. Upgrade your shipping to USPS Express Mail in order to receive up to $200 insurance for loss or damage on your package. We are not responsible for packages unclaimed by customers. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipping returned packages.

International shipments will be subject to tax by the destination country. Once the package is received through Customs, we cannot be liable for whether a package is approved or denied access, nor the amount of time it takes for Customs to process packages.

Returns, Repair or Replacement

We accept the return of damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery for a prompt replacement.

We offer a lifetime repair or replacement warranty for the Hulda Clark Zapper unit. This warranty does not cover the copper handles and banana to alligator leads. Contact us for information before returning your zapper for repair.

The Hulda Clark Zapper has a 1 year satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Zapper, you may return it to us within 365 days from the date of delivery. The 1 year satisfaction guarantee does not cover wholesale purchases of the Hulda Clark Zapper.

Electronic parts are small and fragile. We can not offer refunds or replacements on Electronic Kits and Parts.

All other products may be returned in resellable condition within 30 days from the date of delivery. Nutritional supplements or consumable items must be unopened.

We have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system to facilitate proper handling of returns.

Log into your Account and click "View Details" next to the Order # you wish to initiate a return for. This will load the invoice for your order. Click "Add New RMA." Choose the item and quantity you are returning. Choose options such as Reason for return and Method of return. An optional Comments box is also provided so you can clarify details regarding your return. Click "Save RMA" to initiate your return. Check your email for instructions on how to return your package.

If you do not have an Account with us, please request an RMA by contacting us.

Equip your package with tracking information. We cannot be liable for lost return packages. Please take the time and care that our Shipping Department took when packing the items you are returning to us. We cannot provide refunds for items that arrive damaged. Refund does not include shipping. Refunds are issued through the same method of payment used in making the purchase. If you have an Account, you may check the status of your return by logging on to your Account.
