Shipping

Shipping & Handling fees are calculated by weight, based on actual shipping fees plus a small percentage to cover the cost of packing materials. All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Shipping within the United States is set to US Priority Mail, which generally takes 3 to 4 business days to deliver. Our website shopping cart system generates a shipping fee estimate based on US Priority Mail shipping within the United States.

Orders placed for delivery outside the United States are shipped through the USPS Global Express Mail only. Our website shopping cart automatically adjusts to International Shipping and Handling charges after an international shipping address is entered. The US Postal Service takes 3 business days to deliver to the destination country. Once the package is received through the destination country's Customs, we cannot be liable for whether a package is approved or denied access, nor the amount of time it takes for Customs to process packages. Customers are responsible for complying with the Customs regulations of their own home country, including taxes levied on merchandise received. Once Customs releases a package for delivery, the local post office or EMS, whichever system is in place locally, takes over delivering to the specified address.

All packages are equipped with Delivery Confirmation and Tracking Numbers, which are sent in email to each customer as soon as the package is shipped. You may check the shipping status of your package by entering your Delivery Confirmation and Tracking Numbers in the blank provided at the US Postal Service website.

Although our website is available to take your order 24 hours a day, shipping must still conform with regular postal hours. US Orders placed on the weekdays are often shipped within 24 to 48 hours, unless items are on backorder. US Orders placed on the weekends are shipped on the following business day. International Orders are shipped once a week on Tuesdays.

Repair or Replacement

We will repair or replace damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise. Please contact Customer Service within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returns and Credit

We accept the return of any unopened nutritional supplements or consumable products in resellable condition within 30 days from the date of delivery. Equipment and electronic items returned in resellable condition will be accepted also within 30 days from date of delivery. Please take the time and care that our Shipping Department took when packing the items you are returning to us. We cannot provide refunds for items that arrive damaged. Customer's choice of store credit or credit card refund will be applied as soon as the returned merchandise is received. Credit does not include shipping. If you have a NaturalHealthSupply.com Account, you may check the status of your credit by logging on to the Customer Center.
