Shipping
Shipping & Handling fees are calculated by weight, based on actual shipping fees. Customers may choose to have their packages shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail or Express Mail. Express Mail cut off time is 9 am Pacific Time. Any Express orders received after 9 am will be shipped the next business day. Shipping quotes may be obtained by entering the shipping address zip code (US addresses only).
For shipping quotes outside the United States, enter your address upon checkout. International shipments will be subject to tax by the destination country. Once the package is received through Customs, we cannot be liable for whether a package is approved or denied access, nor the amount of time it takes for Customs to process packages.
Expect packages to be shipped on weekdays within 48 hours after order confirmation. Orders received on Friday afternoon and over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. There is no shipping on postal holidays.
Items that are not in stock are marked "backorder" on the Pending Invoice subject to customer's approval, as well as in the order confirmation email sent to customers upon completing the order. Orders containing a backordered item cannot be shipped immediately. A follow up email will provide customers with an estimate fulfillment time for their order.
All packages are equipped with Delivery Confirmation and Tracking Numbers, which are sent in email to each customer as soon as the package is shipped.
Repair or Replacement
We offer free repair or replacement of any equipment purchased from us. Please send equipment needing repair with a note detailing problem with the equipment and invoice number. Return address is:

If you received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, contact Customer Service within 30 days from the date of delivery for a prompt replacement.
Returns and Credit
We accept the return of any unopened nutritional supplements or consumable products in resellable condition within 30 days from the date of delivery. Equipment and electronic items returned in resellable condition will be accepted also within 30 days from date of delivery.
Equip your package with tracking information. We cannot be liable for lost return packages. Please take the time and care that our Shipping Department took when packing the items you are returning to us. We cannot provide refunds for items that arrive damaged.
Customer's choice of store credit or credit card refund will be applied as soon as the returned merchandise is received. Credit does not include shipping. If you have a NaturalHealthSupply.com Account, you may check the status of your credit by logging on to the Customer Center.
